    Lord of the inferno quest is bugged out

    First of all I hope I am writing this into the correct forum. I have been doing the "Lord of the Inferno" quest and whenever i try to do the battle with the immortal flames, it won't start when i get to the destination stated inside a little ruin close to the invisible city w/ rotting corpses all around. From what I have read the battle should start once i arrive at the marked destination. This is the part of quest the before you get taken away. I have tried restarting the PC, FFXIV and my modem multiple times, I even tried sitting there for 10 min and still nothing. Is this common or am I the unlucky one to cop it? I have only had very minor issues in gameplay until now and it is stopping me from continuing with my storyline. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS I WANT TO KEEP LEVELING AND QUESTING my CNJ and soon to be WHM. Any ideas on a solution would be awesome or a complete solution would be brilliant and much appreciated.

    There should he a little magic effect to the left as you enter. Right click on it and the quest should start.
