Blue "Luminary" Mainhand weapons from achievements?

So I just completed the Goldsmith version of this achievement, titled "A Goldsmith's Life for Me" where you must complete over 5,000 synths of different level recipes. The reward, as it states, is the blue main weapon 'The Gavel of the Luminary'. Problem is, I didn't receive this item, even though I completed the achievement. I checked my inventory/armory chest/mail/inn armoire/retainers and even tried dragging the item out of the page on achievements, all with no luck. Has anybody gotten one of these Luminary weapons, or does anyone have any information on why I haven't received mine?
