    Paid via Paypal, the money is charged successfully, BUT NO CRYSTA

    Just added Crysta using my PayPal account, I added it 3 times with $10, $20, and $20.

    PayPal states them as "Completed" and my money is charged.




    But in SE Account Management, only 1000 Crystas ($10) has been added to my account.




    what happened? I lost $40 for nothing?

    I just called to my bank and they confirmed that my credit card has been charged.

    How long have you waited, it took about 5-10 min for mine to show up.

    You should get an email after SE confirms the purchase of the Crysta, then a few min after that it will show up on your account.

    Guess you need to ask Playspan as it seems they're the ones who are likely to have screwed-up and not passed PayPal's payment on to SE.

    I could be way wrong here, but I have some vague memory of someone reporting a problem with multiple payments via Playspan somehow being 'deduped' into one that it passed on. Don't quote me it was a long time ago whatever it is I'm thinking of, but probably worth trying to check.
