    Unable to Complete "Shadows Uncast" quest

    i receive this quest from the twin adder GC at lv 44
    i already finished the quest requirement which is completing Dzemael Darkhold instance
    but i can't submit this quest to the NPC
    when i submit it, it says quest completed but i get nothing (no exp + no seals)
    and the quest is still on my journal. i can't get a rank promotion if i don't submit this quest

    Don't think it has anything to do with it, but check that you don't have full inventory before checking with the NPC again...
    And just to rule out other things, how far in the main story are you?
    I did DD after SV, and could complete the Flames Shadows Uncast with no issues...

    (I'm not saying there's not an issue, just that things should be ruled out)

    My main is right now at SV but haven't done it yet. Was planning on get a rank up at the GC and upgrade my weapon first.

    But yea, I'll definitely finish SV today and see how it goes (as well as the inventory check), thanks!

    I couldn't do it either and I'm at level 47. I'll check if it works after I complete the Dzemael Darkhold instance...

    I beat Dzemael Darkhold twice and it is still locked. Where should it be located under completed Journal?

    i did dzemael after garuda actually, and it was fine. try progressing some more in the story maybe?

    that is what I did and the quest for Shadows Uncast is still in Red. Anything else I supposed to complete for it to open up?

    Yes... You need to rank up to Sergeant First Class...
    Shadows Uncast is part of the Rank Up from SFC to CS.
