Got CE code for Windows, but ordered for PS3...

What do I do? If I add the CE code to my account on Mog Station by using Add Windows Service, will I have access to my CE content on my PS3?

Is there some place I can go to submit my CE code to get the PS3 one instead of the Windows one?

That CE code should be 12 digits long, and be put on the PSN store, how long is your code? And are the first 4 letters RCWU?

So if I added the code right now through the Mog Station with the Add Windows Service option to my Service Account, it should work on PS3?

CE items are activate against the Service Account that it applied to, be it PS3 or Windows. So with your existing Service Account being originated from PS3, adding a Windows code will add Windows platform so you can play on both Windows and PS3.

Once that successfully applied, your characters will have CE items delivered through in-game Mog (check the Delivery Moggle). Where you play FFXIV is irrelevant after that as your Service Account by then is marked being CE. You can check your Mog Stations home to confirm if you have Collector's Edition.

Bleh, yea you got a windows CE somehow. The only way to play on PS3 is to get that specific game. I would contact the retailer to see what happened. I'll save you some time too, if you ordered from SE online. call Digital River, not SE customer service, as all they do is give you the number for them, as they do all exchanges I guess.

If you are intending to play both on Windows and PS3, then that Windows CE code is handy to use, then just add the PS3 copy via the PSN Store - just need the standard edition, no need for Collector's Edition when adding additional PS3 platform.

However if you decided to only game on PS3, then obvious case is to return/swap for PS3 copy, and if you later to decide to add additional Windows platform, you can do it via Mog Stations.

Once your Service Account is registered with CE, all characters of that Service Account will have CE items - regardless what platform you're playing it from.
