I actually love being a BLM, though it does get repetitive....I tried a few other classes and at least it's less repetitive than Archer...my god!

Really the only thing I wish is that we could have a few more armor/weapon options. Everything looks the same- just a higher level! How about a few different staffs to choose from rather than a select few that you keep for 5-10 levels?

I get that this isn't XI, but XI did have the opportunity to choose from a few different looks and weapons. Oh well...

The game definitely need more armor options. At 50 every black mage looks the same, same goes for any other class though. Kind of lame and boring.

What it needs is vanity slots which is in the works afaik.
In terms of spells the spells look amazing but they are very repetitive. Some more variations would be nice and to make our utility spells a bit less situational.

Meteor is not fun due to the fact that you don't earn it. It does not feel like its yours by right. It's just a spell that the whole party has, just that I am the one who has to waste time casting it.

To be quite honest, why are you crying?

Go roll a Scholar. Only decent looking thing you MAY get is your grimoire at low levels (until 45+). Every other class can obtain some level of decent looking gear. So suck it up or re-roll another class.
