PS3 & PC using same account but login simultaneously on both platforms

Bear with me here while I try to explain as best I can.

I've bought and registered the PC version and it's what I'm using to play the game. I also bought a PS3 version because I understand that you need to have the PS3 license to play the game on it, however does this also allow you to use the same account to log into both platforms simultaneously?

Let's say for example:

Me playing on PC using Account#1 on Character#1
Brother playing on PS3 using Account#1 on Character#2

Is this possible? Or does attaching the PS3 license to Account#1 allow me to play on both platforms but not at the same time?

Not possible to play at the same time, you need to service accounts for that =/

PS3 Promo Code will activate the game license on your SEN, which at the first launch of the PS3 game client, it will ask for your SQEX ID and which Service Account to tied your SEN to. Once SEN is tied to SQEX and which Service Account, it cannot be unlniked (easily).

This is fine if you are adding PS3 as another platform to your existing SQEX ID and the same Service Account what you use on Windows. If you add as a different Service Account, it is effectively another subscription.

However for your brother to play with your simultaneously, the best/easiest is for him to have his own SQEX ID, and with his copy of the game.
