Does crafting any recipe count towards achievement?

when i was crafting ignots it does not seem to be added? or the achievement updates too slow?

I think you have to refresh the window each time or you may even have to stop synth, and then open the achievement tracking window to see the updates. It should be any synth in the proper level range. Personally my achievement window has been very slow to update in the past so that may be a symptom also. I hope this helps.
