Ugh, when you put it that way. XI has entire working non-main-nation-towns with quests in them and we're getting 3 huts in XIV. Well at least I hope they'll have a lot of NPCs in them. Though looking at the current screenshots (which I hope are w.i.p.) I don't see a soul in those locations. I hope that will change and maybe these huts will grow into a full-blown towns in the middle of fields of blandness. That would be cool growth to see.

Gridania screen has 2 NPC's in it.

Uldah screen has at least 1 NPC and a chocobo.

FWIW judging by the minimpa locations.

Gridania camp will be at 35,43 (North of Tranquil), Uldah Camp at 9,17 (West of Horizon), Limsa camp at 7,10 (west of Skull Valley)
