    No Available Agent Bug in Customer Chat Support

    Does anyone know where we can report this bug to SE?

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Start up Square Enix chat support window and queue for representative.
    2. Wait a couple of hours until your queue is up.
    3. Notice the 'No available agent' message on top of chat and your support chat queue ends.
