OBS (open broadcaster software) is FREE... open source streaming software that can stream your game live, or record locally to your Hard drive (or both if you want)... if you learn about decent video settings you can set the file to be a .mp4 @ 3000kbps for 720p quality that is more than decent... save space and time... save then upload... or like I said stream live so they can watch while you play.
i found this to be way less resource intensive as fraps... also like the customization more than the paid competitor xsplit.
