NPC Name: Eidhart <Flame Sergeant>
Location: Mor Dhona

Supposedly this NPC is suppose to allow you to undertake level 45 Grand Company levequests once you reach the rank of Sergeant Third Class and level 45. The problem is, my character is level 50 and Sergeant Third Class and this NPC is not responding appropriately.

He just says:

"I have no words for those who have not yet reached the rank of sergeant third class...except for those words."
