It actually does "work" unless your definition of working is doing everything in the most efficient, fastest, least "work" way. My boyfriend has done dps as a WHM for numerous dungeons, ifrit, titan, etc. And we have had a friend doing dps as a WAR too and no, they don't take all my hate either.
