Thread Title: Crystal Veil buff in Dzemael Darkhold provides damage reduction from everything, not just Eyes On Me as the tooltip describes.

Steps: During the Dzemael Darkhold dungeon, standing in the purple light by crystals provides the buff "Crystal Veil". The tooltip for the buff says it reduces damage from Eyes On Me, which it does. However it also drastically reduces damage from ALL other sources as well, such that it's possible to tank a dozen mobs while taking almost no damage. If you leave the light, and thus lose the Crystal Veil buff you immediately start taking normal levels of damage again.
