Absurdly long queue times on Leviathan for Amdapor Keep -- being resolved?

Hello, I only made this thread because I didn't see another one on the front page, so I'm assuming Square Enix doesn't know about it and it'd help to post it here.

Currently, the "reserving instance" waiting period takes anywhere from 40 minutes to 2 hours. I figured this would be fixed with a previous maintenance but I guess that's not the case. Hopefully this will be addressed!

There is a known issue with the Duty finder freezing when taking a full party in - there are several other posts here with the same issue and it is yet to be fixed.

If you are a DPS class soloing, then you have to deal with long queues i'm afraid. Amdapor is technically endgame and one of the tougher dungeons, with many Linkshells and Free Companies choosing to farm with people they know as opposed to taking the random gamble.

You can try setting your language and country settings in the duty finder to include JPN and non-English speakers as this may help your queue times - the Duty finder is cross server so this delay is conclusive across the board...

You will likely find the same with Wanderers Palace/Hard mode Primals.

Thanks for the help, but that's not actually the problem. Specifically, the issue is the reserving instance portion after you have a full queue. I am a healer and I am rolling with my Free Company. It's also not freezing, it's simply just taking forever to reserve instance space for any players queueing for it.

Well I am on Sargatanas and with a full group 4/4 queuing can take 10-20mins just to get in. We are not waiting on us to get matched with anyone, all we want is to get into the instance. This is truly unnecessary to have a wait time for a fully pre-made group, it should be instant. It would be nice to know from a Dev that this being worked on and and ETA for when it will be address. Thanks!

I know Amdapor is on 'farm' for almost every level 50 player. I wonder if the Duty server only allows x number of each instance at any one time? This could explain the issue with Amdapor being the main source for tomes right now...
