Whenever I go to the Ferry Docks at Vesper Bay in Western Thanalan and try to take a ferry, I go to the Ferry Ticketer and try to interact I always get a message that says "We apologize for the inconvenience, but services to Limsa Lominsa are suspended until further notice"

I am using Century Link ISP 25MBPS bonded DSL

I get this issue all of the time, but as of now, it is 3:08 PM EST

Details: I approach the Ferry Ticketer and right-click then I get a message that states; "We apologize for the inconvenience, but services to Limsa Lominsa are suspended until further notice." I am not in a mission or battle, I am not using macros and I get this message every single time no matter what time I go.
