How serious are your raid attendance rules?

I cant commit to full time raiding, my work schedule is very weird but would be happy to join runs when I can. I am online most days but sometimes its late EST, sometimes its not.

Need a solid FC that can help me finish titan for my relic and where I can do coils when I am able to be on.

Solid raider, been doing MMO's since EQ and done end game content in most of them.
