7 fps after maintenance?

Ignore Huxer. For some reason he has this belief that this topic is all about you when this could actually be a legit problem thatmultiple people are having. So lets see if we can't try and solve your problem, you know, like a nice person would do.

So everything is running fine except for the game despite restarts. Have you attempted to update your graphics card driver? Perhaps the driver you currently have isn't liking the game too much after this update. In fact, post your computer specs and perhaps run a diagnostic on your computer as well via a virus scanner like avast, malwarebytes, and Spybot. Cleaning out cokies and cache and such, checking the firewall and turning off any background programs... all the basic stuff. Once you've done all this and updated your graphics card, test out the game again. If you see no change, report back here.
