I can hit between 700-725 on a really good snap punch crit in my gear so either you have all determination and no accuracy or crit. Or your just plain full of crap. The only way you are hitting over 750 crits is if you are geared for raw dmg and if you are then good luck hitting anything in coil. And even then you would need food buff and pot's to reliably hit that much.
