    They need to fix Perfect Balance... Happens a lot when I use PB it doesnt activate and its on cool down

    It's not only PB, I've had this happen with Aetherflow, BfB, Bliz3 not giving stacks of umbral ice, etc. Seems to have started happening recently, especially at peak times.

    Blood for blood seems to be the one ability that loves to act up on me. Sometimes I sit and spam it and it never goes off... never know why that one does it so much.
