    How is he a troll? His last post was the most truthful post in this thread. Those are facts. Monks risk/reward is fine and I don't see why they need to change anything with them. There are other classes that could use love instead of monks. If monk isn't strong for you maybe you should figure out ways of improving or ask accomplished monks for some tips.

    My first job to 50 was a dragoon and my monk was out damaging him even before he got full DL. Once I got +1 on my relic like my goon he couldn't touch my monk's damage. You simply cannot beat FoF/GL/TS flat dps increase as a Dragoon. Only reason to bring a goon is if you go double bard for his piercing debuff. A competent monk will beat a goon's dps every time with similar gear. Fact.
