Boss...tend to have perm buffs that can't be removed...besides the fact that the only class that can remove it is mnk. Chimera would be a push over if mnks can remove his elemental enhancement buff.
Kinda like the silence on AotD. Although I have noticed that it actually sticks to some bosses I've never actually seen it hinder them.
