Monks very weak. Need rebalance

Just started turn 4...curious to any monks who have done this fight do you feel like we are the worst class for this encounter?

I think monk is very strong in this fight, perma GL*3.

Demolish has no effect.

Anyone else have their rotations ruined by this retardedness? I cast Demolish, start hitting Dragon Kick or something but then Demolish doesn't hit (doesn't miss either) and I watch as my GL stacks tick off. Why is this game so broken?

You can't overwrite a buffed dot by a normal one.
