CS has been non-existent since launch, only chiming in to tell me I'll get a response within two days or to call their CS #. Issue detailed below if anybody wants to read.

Here's my beef. CS is non-existent. It goes beyond launch day woes. SE has decided the only time CS will be needed is 9-5 /pst from Mon-Fri. Attempting to call their CS # they provide at worst generates a busy tone, and at best puts you into a several hour long queue, smack dab in the middle of your work day. They ask you to contact a chat support, which *does* exist (you have to go to the SE support, not FFXIV support pages. But don't bother, the page 404's). Nobody even takes to Twitter or FB to answer low-hanging fruit.

I love this game, but what worries me is the disconnect between the company (not dev team) and the consumer. You can make the argument that yeah, more resources need to go towards stabilizing the servers, but CS is *not* a costly resource, it's a lack of foresight in product planning when you believe you're current CS team can handle an MMO launch.

I bought the PC collectors edition on first release, it's on Service Account 1, pre-order bonus for ps3 is on Service Account 2, and my ps3 game and character are on Service Account 3. I have no idea how I made multiple service accounts but I just want everything under one so I can play on both PC and PS3. There's got to be some account creation flow issues, as multiple people seem to make the same mistake.
