    How about a system that rewards players for participating in boss battles will get full tomestones 1 boss fight 15 tomestones 2 boss fights 40 3 boss fights 100. Or map completion by percentage 1 % 1 tomestones so on and on . Need not kick feature. Afk = less or 0 tomestones

    Then you will have no one joining a party in progress that has lost a member..
