Also we have had to remove some people from the linkshell, we do ask that you take criticism appropriatly, for instance if you are a monk with a relic weapon and someone tells you that your dps is too low, you are only pulling 130, they are probably right, you should look at this as a progression point for yourself and find a new rotation. Getting nasty about it puts a bad taste in everyones mouth.

That being said, when you offer criticism to someone, dont be a jerk about it, we are all here to play the game, and all MMO players have massive egos so we all gotta work to keep it in check
