i am arcanist and i pump bonus on dex. skill can cri well and heal also increase when cri. arcanist is base on dot, every dot count. i put 5type of dot and every sec each dot have chance to cri. is just depend how you play.

Uh... I'm not clear on what you're saying. Are you saying you put points into dexterity to increase your critical hit chance with melee? Or to increase your critical hit chance with spells? Either way, you wasted your points.
