I know, I just want SE to admit there is a problem!I have grown tired of the copy and paste support rep posts.

My biggest issue isn't getting the error message, if I have to wait 5 min or so that's fine, but me and my friends have had to wait up to an hour for that stupid message to finally stop showing up...and that's just crazy.

And of course I get another error 30002. The funniest part about this is that Skype was still running, as was my wiki page and my husband's laptop next to me running 14 and still connected. I wonder how long until this thread is noticed and the problem fixed?

from what i found the repeat of error after 1st is do to server dropping a packets/ temp files that doesnt some times get deleted. it reread it thinking your dcing even though your not. That why people have restart there pc fix restart or delete the temp files as for what kick 1st time well there prob need solved. you seem to have a lot of things have running though network this maybe reason for packet lose how r you connecting are you hard lined in or is it wireless what type g, n?
I have a D-Link DGL-4500 router with my Toshiba Qosmio X505-8100x sitting literally within 5 feet of it running on wireless. Skype I have up continuously and have had since I started playing XI years ago. Typically there's 2 tabs open on my Firefox browser. I'm running on a 15MB connection that is generally only shared with one other laptop and two idling iPhones, occasionally there's a PS3 running Playstation Network (whenever that gets back up again) or the Xbox 360 running Xbox Live. However the router I own has a feature called "Gamefuel" which allows the bandwidth to be parceled out equally amongst the systems currently running.
I noticed today when I received my 30002 and was allowed back on "quicker" than usual I came up on my husband's screen much faster than it loaded on my own, the same has happened to him in reverse as well. I disconnected tonight doing literally nothing but sitting in camp waiting for Behest to begin. I assume as it happens in more than just idling conditions that SE didn't put in error 30002 in order to combat people that leave their characters in high traffic areas as that doesn't add up to the facts nor would it make sense.

eww ive owned one of them gamefuel based d link routers I dont care for them because it some time shoves some one priority over others it make choice what need more bandwidth it works great if your playing a game and another is checking the web, but when more then one gamer start playing on it gets a little screwy try disable gamefeul on router and see how that work as well as any unneeded thing on network as you play like skype and xbox live.I have a D-Link DGL-4500 router with my Toshiba Qosmio X505-8100x sitting literally within 5 feet of it running on wireless. Actually that's the thing, this router has been preforming perfectly. I can leave XI up running for days, and be on Xbox Live using Hulu or the PS3 using Netflix and have another copy of XI or XIV running and nothing will DC...not once. But boot up XIV and it's almost guaranteed to disconnect at least once in the day for no reason I can see.
And also when these errors have been happening only the two laptops have been running with the cell phones on the network, so I discounted there being too much feeding through the network.
