Failed to log in? Is not participating in a beta considered a failure now? I thought that beta participation was optional, not a requirement for anyone who played 1.0.

I personally am glad to be on a JP server but that doesn't mean that in the English forums they can't provide updates on the JP servers for us.

....You're complaining that they don't provide updates on the Japanese servers on the English forums? Think about that for a minute. Also, what Blaize was talking about is the fact you had quite awhile to submit an application to server transfer before Phase 4 beta, everyone got emails about it and SE posted updates on the beta forums, regular lodestone forums and lodestone website - you can't blame SE at this point.

Under normal circumstances, I'd agree that this is an odd request to make. But this game's player distribution due to its rocky launch is anything but normal. Look up the data. Most JP servers are at least 25% NA players. I seriously doubt that those servers were their first choices. After all, if you can suggest that I "think about that for a minute" now, then I'm sure that we can assume that those English speaking players on JP servers would have "thought about that for a minute" before creating characters on servers that they get no support from. So why are there so many there?

The official supported languages of all game worlds in the Japan region data center are: English, Japanese, French, German. This is the same as for the NA/EU data center worlds.

I came to the forums. I looked around for some recognition of the problem. 30 minutes later, I was still looking around.
