You can also open your keybind settings (system section of keybinds, i think) via the main menu (esc) and rebind it to another key if needed. Some newer keyboards, mostly laptops I think (like mine), don't have scroll lock.

You should have a scroll lock button even on a laptop, but it should be activated via the Fn key. As Laptop's by definition shouldn't sit on your lap because they get warm and can causing burning without you realising it as it's not *hot*, err, digressed, as laptops have smaller keyboards they should share keys so you may find your Scroll Lock is activated with Fn/Numlock - but that may vary and I'm too lazy to go check my laptop.

You'd think so, but my laptop honestly does not have scroll lock or numlock. I do have FN keys, but there is no FN entry for scroll lock or numlock on my keyboard. I'd imagine it's probably because I have 'media keys' on the FN entries in the general area where some other laptops might have scroll and numlock. It's pretty dumb, but I'm happy with my laptop otherwise so I try not to complain about it too much. :P
