I reported him last week, well, two weeks ago now, and nothing was done about him. A video with the incriminating evidence can be found below. It's 15+ Minutes long of course, mainly to drive the nail in the coffin.

Yeah, this not "naming and shaming". The whole purpose of having a rule against "naming and shaming" is to avoid accusations without any actual proof; this has solid irrefutable evidence. Well done and I hope SquareEnix bans that person.
