Guildleves Cooldown timer

Is it true that guildleves has a cool down timer for 48 hours?
If so, that means you wait for 2 days before making any real progress.
And SE charges for every day with or without play.
This is the worst setting ever, consider your payment is in Euro (expensive atm)

I summed 2 points for guildleves:
1. despite a beautiful looking stained glass card, the quest description is "massive to our eyes". Don't have time to read it all, it's missing a simple objective highlight on the very top. So players can easily track down, not all players have time to read the whole thing.

2. grind and loot: most of all quest involves killing mobs and grind item.

Leves reset every 36 hours (not 48). You can figure out when the next leve reset is by typing /clock into your chat window.

If you've finished your leves, there are other things to do. You can do behests, sidequests, main story missions, job missions, grind, craft, explore, or socialize.

The guild leve cards show the objective. But it's farther down the card, rather than being at the top. Once you find it on one card, it's in the same place on all cards. It will say something like "Destroy the monsters from the Necrologos" or "Kill 3 aldgoats."

Not actually knowing the refresh time of guildleves, and then having such a strong opinion about stuff to do/progress ability shows me that there is a lack of understanding when it comes to leves. This is not an attack or meant to be offending but you should research effective use of the leves and other ways to level because there are alot of options in all honesty.
