    And Week 4 of being ignored by tech support

    I bought the game, Registered, Downloaded, Played, FeelsGoodMan.jpg
    For one day. Then square did something to their database, erased the service from my account? Who knows. Now when I log in, it asks me to register again and says my code has already been registered.

    I submitted a support ticket, no reply.
    Week later they have a form for you to fill out. I do, get a ticket, no reply, still can't play.
    Another week, see on the forum they wiped the support database, says to submit another ticket. Submit ticket again using form.
    Now forth week, still no replies, new form on support page, fill that out, new ticket number, SoPissedOffRightNow.jpg

    The game worked, I was 'registered' I could play the game, I know I didn't break anything. What the hell is going on? Why is this so hard for them to fix?

    My latest and greatest ticket number is 2829874 in case a square agent reads this and decides they care.

    What version did you buy? Physical? Digital?

    You bought the preorder?
    The physical copy had a preorder code sent to me by email and then the service code was inside the package I got home.
    The digital copy should send you a preorder code first and then the service one should be sent later by email or retrieved from the site who sold you the game.

    They almost replied. I got a form letter of sorts... It is all outdated and doesn't even mention the MogStation, which is required now and some of the steps are not needed or possible. But anyway, here is their response if anyone else is in the same position.

    I would file a complaint, but I don't think they care.
    Been trying to follow up, all they do is blow me off. A full month now. This was their latest email.

    They send the email, then close the case ignoring my replys. I know because they send me email surveys asking how my experience contacting support went.
