I would file a complaint, but I don't think they care.
Been trying to follow up, all they do is blow me off. A full month now. This was their latest email.
--Dear Customer,
--
--Regarding your request for account support. Please find your answer below.
--
--Please note that the unlock and early access codes are not one in the same. The early access code (for PC, this starts with the prefix RAAU) is used specifically for registration of early access and pre-order bonus items (Mog Cap and Cait Sith doll) whereas
--the full retail unlock code (for PC, this starts with the prefix R4WU, R4VU, RCWU, or RCVU) is used directly to unlock or register a full fledged FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn service account. The pre-order code would be received via e-mail or printed on --the receipt from the retailer when the pre-order was placed and the full retail unlock code would be received via e-mail or inside the instruction manual on the day the game is launched or when the game was picked up from the retailer. We apologize for the
--confusion this may have caused.

They send the email, then close the case ignoring my replys. I know because they send me email surveys asking how my experience contacting support went.
