Disconnected... but still in game.

Hello,

I've had a really strange problem during the last week.

While I'm playing, the game disconnects me, but just in an "half-way".

I really dunno how to explain this.

I can:
Chat, read chat, cast spells, see other players playing, mobs dying, bosses dying, people log out and log in...

I can't:
Do damage, heal (I can cast, but without any effects), change zone, cast chocobo.

It's not really lag... I can wait for 30mins and nothing change, the onyl way to play again is to re-log (come on...) . It's like I'm not in the game, while I'm still in...

Can someone explain me this? Or... do you have a solution?

When you log out and in do you reappear in the same position you left? It looks like the server is not receiving your informations.

Nope... when I log in again, I'm in the position where the game stopped to receive my information...

First, the chat servers and game servers are different systems, so from you "can" and "can't" list it seems clear the game server isn't hearing from you but the chat server is.

Have to say I can't think of any networking problems that would exhibit this. Have you looked at your in-game latency times, ie. the S and R numbers, to see if your client THINKS it's getting through to the game server?

Strange is... the problem started this week... I've nerver meet this problem during the frist days of game, and I did not changed anything of my internet connection.
