Yes, I am stationed overseas so I see the where there are added issues for getting this resolved. Even though my account has expired, I am very limited on payment options. I even went to the local convenient store and bought a 30 day card, but I don't get the option to input the information. To I emailed the customer service and I get the generic email that say say if you are having this problem the click this link...None of them met the requirement. So I tried the online chat support. Was in queue 161, waited for 2 hours and when I was queue 2, I get bumped. I don't know, what gives? I have a click and buy account set up, but Mog Station doesn't give me the option to use it. With my location, I really don't know what else to do.
