    Level 36 and missing Inner Beast

    Did I miss a quest or something? I just turned 36 on my Warrior and I still don't have Inner Beast. From everything I've read, I should have gotten that skill at 35, but it's not in my list under Skills or Job.

    Anyone have an idea?
