How do you rank up your free company faster?

Another question:
How many members in a FC do you need do to rank up your FC reasonably fast?

I was planning on making a small FC for a group of friends, so I hope ranking it up doesn't require 100+ players or something.
That would make organizing the company meaningless for me. =/

You don't need 100+ members. You can be small and still gain rank 5. It's very easy.

You can rank up to lvl 4 with just 2 active members in only about a week of causal (couple of hours a day) playing ... So 4 - 6 active players will runk up your FC pretty fast.
