For those arguing that pld is not a heal tank/shouldn't have useful heals.

You do realize that 2/5 of the job abilities in 1.0 were healing based? Holy Succor was actually quite potent, and divine viel was great fun as well.

As I have posted before, I do feel PLD took a major enjoyability penalty by having its direct intervention abilities removed. I cannot reach out and "protect" a party member with a heal like I could in 1.0, and this makes me feel helpless. It was never a means of main healing, but it was a good panic move to save a party member in an emergency.
