Stats are more broken than we thought

It might only be NM's, I notice a difference in damage on normal mobs(Level 28 mobs). Either way, a damage cap on NM's is pointless and stupid, making the only challenging(lol not really) fights unaffected by gear is kind of odd.

I'm not trolling, I was doing the exact same damage on Ureus and the goblin, is the game trolling me then? :/
