This is my first MMO ever. So far it has been a great experience. Although playing it on PS3 can be a pain-in-the-butt sometime, since u can't really chat and do some other task at the same time and targeting system can be very frustrating. I get bored playing by myself sometimes, so is looking for some in game buddies to do some fate or dungeon together. I am still debating whether to join a FC or not, since I dont know what I can get out of joining FC. Hit me up to do some fate or dungeons. Cheers!!

You *can* chat bro! Just plug a USB keyboard in the 2nd controller port of the PS3, and voila! That's how my GF chats.

My spouse and I have been looking for a MMO to play for a few years. We tried WoW for a couple, but I couldn't really get into it. I'd been keeping my eye on FFXIV and wanted to get in on version 1.0, but the reviews kept me away. Very glad I was able to get in on the beta; after that my spouse and I were sold. I chose Goblin somewhat randomly (I liked the name). Glad I did, this sounds like a very helpful community. I'm hoping to get more involved.

I work (and pretty much live) at Ft. Bragg, NC as a SharePoint Farm Systems Administrator. Married to Rafe Sendron (50BRD), I have two huskys (Indiana Jones and Short Round aka Indy & Shorty) and two horses (Strax and River Song). Strax is a 5yr old Friesian/TB gelding and River is a 4 month old Friesian/Saddlebred/Pinto filly. If we're ever on teamspeak, please excuse the pups as they'll get rowdy and then try to get in my face while I'm playing, lucky for me, the horses aren't allowed in the house.
