Loving the game so far and I don't see that stopping anytime soon. I love to see it all and do it all. I'm a pretty reliable when it comes to guild inter-personal realtionships, but IRL i work off a spareboard, so I'm on call 24/7; and even though i might be on for 4 days straight, there's always that one day where I'll get called and I might miss out on a raid (hence, "pseudo"-hardcore, lol). Anyways, the game is still new, haven't really found my niche here; look me up if you think you need a tank in you future endgame plans.....

Other Stuff: My husband and i joined the game and server upon the request of a RL friend and his non-stop egging that it was a great game. Surprised he was right, but now we're hooked! My husband is running a Conjurer and will probably take Arcanist at some point. We're looking for a FC that plays in the PST time zone too!
We're old school WoW players (played since 2005, the good old days!) and were up until recently playing Neverwinter as well. FFXIV is proving to be a promising game for us and filling a deep MMO hole left by WoW. We're enjoying the group aspect of dungeons and the friendly atmosphere this server has.

Other Stuff: First FF mmo but played others for years. Yes I was a WoW player (very hardcore) for many years. My husband and I quit during MoP due to being bored and not liking the direction. Anyways we decided to try FF after getting beta keys and love it so far. Especially enjoying the challenge of end game. It is a breath of fresh air compared to what we were playing since we are hardcore vanilla/eq players. Outside the game my hubby is a disabled vet and I'm trying to go back to school while dealing with my own medical issues. I use to own my own art business doing commissions and he is in IT. We are just happy we picked an awesome server during beta and found a great FC with great people as well as all the awesome people we have met in our FF travels. I see a lot of threads about the negative aspects of the community in general discussions and while there are a lot of crappy people I wanna say Goblin is awesome since it seems the good far out way the bad!
