My character go down under a floor

I was running to the arcanist's guild in limsa, fell right through a bridge and had to teleport out as my return was on cooldown. A couple minutes later, it happened again south of the main aetheryte crystal in limsa. Not sure what to do other than trying to travel through the city with only teleports.
