EU/NA Servers offline?

I seen several in game messages before the servers went down. I can't be sure why you didn't receive them. Perhaps you just missed em.

I wasn't playing, like most Australians who work full time, we would have gotten home at around the same time to find that error message.

I am not complaining about the maintaince, but surely an ingame message or a message on the launcher not even letting u get that far saying currently in maintaince, is pretty than just leaving people guessing.

sigh i thought i could catch up to the one friend i have since all my other friends are on hyperion....and that server stays closed since 8/29/2013

Thanks my question answered. Wasn't sure what was going on but if it's planned then we'll have to deal with it I guess.

guessing u havent read maintance forum since these been posted up a few days ago and u would of noticed there was maintance notices up in game 2-3 hrs prior which was like every 30mins-1hr

All what i can say is,they choose shity time for maintenance.... 4-6 or 5-7gmt is much better.... 7-9gmt is 9am-11am for most of us in europe and it is very lame....
