Doing some runs of WP to get some better green gear to fill in gaps before AK seems like a logical choice. You get 55 Philosophy for a clear + any greens that drop. After you're geared from there sufficiently you might have a DL piece of two and can move onto AK where you can farm both Myth and Phil stones. If you cap out on Myth, I don't know if it'd be worthwhile to farm Castrum or not, since it has 100 stones, but you get a lot of people trying to do it for story and it's not right to ask them to skip cutscenes.

Castratum is worth it. Many people speedrun it once they are myth capped
