Cameo locations?

So I'm following up on some off chance rumors i know one is confirmed and that was FF13 Lightning and Snow. However, I did hear a rumor on FF14 ARR beta that Cloud strife was seen in a tree branch and ran off in Central Thanalan. The other rumor I heard was a possible Keyblade weapon in the game. Probably just fan hype but some out opinions would be appreciated thx!

Yeah it's true. He gives you Strength+ and that means you can move the truck behind the S.S. Anne to get Mew.

Oh and I heard you can revive aerith if you lose to garuda 50 times, she will feel sorry for you for being pathetic that she will give you the super phoenix down, which you go to the city of ancients and grabs some pokeballs, to catch the missingno which is actually, Daryl disguised as Gogo, s/he will point you to aeith, once there you type /cry 500 times, do a little turn then jump like a rabbit while throwing the super phoenix down at aerith, and thats how you get bahamut as a summon.

Okay guys I think you've had enough fun teasing the OP.

Seriously though, for your original question Daywalked, Lightning is planned to be introduced into ARR as a limited time FATE event - from my understanding it's cross-marketing to do with with Lightning Returns - FFXIII so the most likely time for this will be around LR-FFXIII's release. As for those other rumours, they're exactly that, just rumours, and have no evidence to back them up.
