I got myself the Shadow bow from Stone Vigil, during my first run as 41 Bard inthere.
And holy jeebus thats a sweet looking bow...
It seems like the middle is made out of demon bone, with a red ruby in the middle and the tips are dragon teeths. Just bloody amazing looking bow.

Today, I went into Dzemal Darkhold, and got a new level 44 bow... and well...





So yeah, whats with the bland design SE? I guess it dont really matter much, since there is only 6 lvls left until the level 50 GC bow.
But do hope thoose vanity slots come soon. ^^

Well, you are actually comparing two completely different kind of items; the first one is a unique drop from Stone Vigil (all items that are green or better are unique in design, although I suppose the design might be reused in other similar items), the second one is an Aetherial item, which basically just uses a crafted item (in this care, Yew Longbow) as a base with upgraded stats.

At least to my understanding.

And he's right, the level 44 bow is actually just an Aetherial item, wich then explains the very bland design. My bad on forgetting that the Shadow Bow is a unique item from the gold chest in Stone Vigil.
Still dont like the design tough lol xD
