2 HOUR QUEUE TIMES? MORE DUTY FINDER SERVERS NEED TO BE ADDED ASAP!

Yesterday morning (JP server) it took 20 minutes to get a party for CM. No problem. Not a huge deal.

It then took 110 minutes total to reserve the instance before we could go in. 1.5 hours to even get to play the game that I'm paying for.

This morning we had a premade for AK. Wait 10 minutes and still reserving instance. Swapped to CM, instantly had a full party, and waited another 10 minutes to still see 'reserving instance" with a full party. For people who are paying to play your game, but can't because of your lack of hardware, you need these issues fixed yesterday. Not in 2-3 weeks. I can deal with server transfer delays, but this is preventing people from playing basic level 50 dungeons.

I had moved to another server due to the lagging and overcrowding on my first server, and started over, so its first time story progression. I have gotten to Haute Mansion. Copperbell the othernight took over one hour and a half. Thats to long. I stopped doing dungeons till after the free sub period ends to see if congestion is less, otherwise SE needs a separate DF for characters and new players to content. Some of us just want to progress the story and need it for that, not hassling with treasure hunters who want to speed run. I'd rather play first time with new players enjoy cutscenes, have surprises more suspenseful fights, getting lost perhaps...The people that have run it bunch make dungeon play boring, very predictable.

Lol, that is because you are QUEING as a DPS when there are not enough Healers and/or Tanks Queing, if you qued as another role you would be fine, so why are you complaining?

SE cannot Fix a game mechanic as large as not having enough tanks and healers in the que with some simple hotfix, use some common sense man.

THE ONLY WAY they can fix the DPS QUE TIME PROBLEM, since that is after all the only complaint now, is to make instances 5 MAN GROUPS, with 3 DPS instead of two.

They fixed the ridiculously long times to reserve an instance last week to some degree, because now it's under a minute all the time with a full group; which is the only thing I was referencing in SE's post.

New players' 30+7 days run out this week. I imagine they want to see how many people sub/continue to play before deciding if/what scale they want to ramp up infrastructure.

You have no idea really what goes into putting up new servers or the cost involved. You haven't seen the other side of things
In reality they COULD put up plenty of servers, but the cost would be astronomical. They still ARE trying to make a profit on this game. Not to mention that (as someone else mentioned) new players' 37 days will be up soon.

Yeah, I've personally only queued w/ full for about 30-40 mins, but I also avoid AK on mondays because of the reset. I know a lot of high profile streamers have complained about hour-or-more instance waits, especially Mr. Happy.

That screenshot the OP posted is just him queing, no idea whatcha mean sir.

Offnote, SE cannot force tanks and healers to que, personally myself I only use DF if Im extremely bored and can't find a party on my own server. (rare) never waited more than 15 minutes for a full party que myself.
