Loading Priority (Why can I not see behemoth?)

Nothing like fighting Odin or behemoth only to not be able to see the damn thing and die at seemingly random times because the game thinks it's more important to load demon brick instead of the monster you're trying to kill.

We need the game to load monsters first then party then party members pets then the person with most hate on the monster(s) then other players then other players pets and only after all that has loaded do I want to see a demon brick.

    A magical list.

    1: Monsters
    2: Party
    3: People being attacked
4: Party members pets (Chocobos and summons not demon bricks)
5: Important NPCs (quest and item pickups are included here)
    6: other players
7: other peoples pets (same as above)
    8: Useless minions

In the only time I've seen Odin, he was actually the first to load (yet out of all the other FATEs, none of the bosses/monsters would). I do agree on this point though, and I think they've actual said that they're working on addressing the issue. If you haven't already, try turning down the effects of other players in the System Config(?). I think it might help a little for the time being.

Turning down the effects helps but sometimes it's not enough. Hope this can be fixed up! I actually haven't even bothered going after Odin or Behemoth cause of this issue.

I've seen a lot of threads nearly identical to this one. I even started my own a few weeks back. I'm hoping SE is paying attention... If they are, they've got to be aware of this issue by now. I hope it's fixed too.

How are behemoth and odin on non legacy servers? Being on a legacy server which is super crowed 1.0 players and a lot of people who joined their friends there make legacy servers always packed.

Its pretty impossible to even get a gold on either of these fates due to the number of people Behemoth and Odin just blink in and out that your lucky maybe to get 10 hits on him during the whole fate.

Party first, then monsters. This is due to the need to be able to target heal a player rather than just spam Medica or whatnot. If your player is dying to Behemoth and you need to heal him, but the monster's been drawn and your partymember hasn't, who wins? Behemoth, that's who. Additionally, attacked players should have a lower priority than attacking players, as the attacking players have the benefit of affecting the battle proactively, whilst attacked players may be sideliners who've just been hit with the conal breath attack they couldn't see. And unfortunately, in Behemoth's FATEs, there are a lot of sideliners getting attacked.

My idea with the attacked players was to allow the tank of a fate to be seen not so much anyone that takes damage should be seen. I can see your point with the party over monsters but at that high on the priority list I don't think it matters that much.

I don't even know if you generate enmity on a mob you can't see. addional to not being able to heal my party even though spamming AoE while they were right next to me (going by map and what they said), going healer in those FATEs is a terrible experience.
