Major! Chat is silently dropping specific strings regardless of sender or channel!

    This is a major issue!

If anyone tries sending the following text string, it will silently fail regardless of if they use /party, /say, /tell, FC chat, et cetera:

"I love you, pumpkin! How could you even ask such a thing! I love you so, so much! I always will! Forever!" She throws her arms around Missy, practically dragging the pair of them into the water.
However, if I change just one word, it works fine:

"I heart you, pumpkin! How could you even ask such a thing! I love you so, so much! I always will! Forever!" She throws her arms around Missy, practically dragging the pair of them into the water
This has completely wrecked my ability to play the game as I have no idea if my messages are getting to the other end or not. I've had several people reproduce this error with the above strings.

Here's another string known not to work if you need more data—please excuse the typo:

War is sometimes necessary, Pepper! What if pirates declare war on your first! Or if dragons roast all the fish you just caught! Or... or if someone threatens to throw you in a cell for hugging which is NOT okay because I was just being nice and he really didn't have to be so mean to me!
Please do whatever you can to elevate this issue! Your chat system is very, very broken as of the latest patch!

    Frequency: Always reproducible
    World name: Balmung
    Character name: Any
    Party or solo: Any
    Area and coordinates: Any
    Steps:
    1. Send the following text string via /tell, /say, et cetera: "I love you, pumpkin! How could you even ask such a thing! I love you so, so much! I always will! Forever!" She throws her arms around Aia, practically dragging the pair of them into the water.
    2. Have someone else confirm that it was NOT received.
